We decided to downsize. My husband knew Phil from their time in Florida. Although Phil was about 45 minutes away, my husband had full confidence in him. I knew due to the size of our house, it would take a special buyer. It also wasn’t a good time of year to sell a house over the holidays. Phil kept encouraging us to give it time. He was right.
